The Brother instruction manual provides the steps. Try cleaning the drum first, before replacing it. There is a yellow light showing this error. This is estimated after 10,000 pages, so it shouldn’t happen for 7+ years. The best way to clean is using a special toner vacuum, this are expensive kind, if you dont have access to this.
